The Application is designed as a minimal, local-first habit tracker based on behavioral psychology frameworks.

The Application does not collect, harvest, transmit, or share any personal data, device identifiers, or usage statistics. Since the Application operates completely without internet access permissions (android.permission.INTERNET is not declared in the application manifest), it is technologically impossible for the Application to transmit any data off your device to the developer, third parties, or cloud servers.

All data you input—including habit names, frequencies, reminders, cues, cravings, rewards, and compliance history—is saved securely inside a local SQLite/Room database located within the isolated, private storage sandbox allocated to the Application by the Android operating system.

2. User Account and Authentication

The Application requires no registration, identity authentication, email linking, or profile creation. You can use all features immediately upon installation without providing a name, email address, phone number, or social media credentials.

3. Permissions Requested

To function as intended in an offline environment, the Application utilizes standard, low-risk local Android system features. It does not request permissions to access sensitive items like your contacts, location, microphone, or camera. The primary functions rely on:

• Local Notifications / Alarms: Used exclusively to trigger habit tracking reminders set directly by you. These are executed strictly inside the device OS scheduling framework (via WorkManager) and do not ping external servers.
• Local Storage (Optional / Scoped): Used strictly when you trigger the manual "Export Backup" feature, allowing the Application to save a human-readable CSV or JSON file into a directory designated by you on your physical storage.

4. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The Application contains zero third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), or crash reporting frameworks that track user identities across the web or log background behavioral signals.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data is stored completely locally, you retain absolute ownership and control over its destruction. If you wish to wipe or delete your data, you can do so at any time by clearing the Application's cache/storage inside your Android System Settings, or by completely uninstalling the Application from your device. Uninstalling the Application automatically and permanently purges all localized habit loop data stored within the application sandbox.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13, nor does it collect personal data from children, as it lacks any facility to collect or transmit information from any user regardless of age. It is safe for all audiences seeking offline self-improvement tooling.

7. Compliance with Google Play Policies

This policy complies fully with the Google Play Developer Program Policies regarding User Data. Because this application does not handle Personal and Sensitive User Data, it poses no leakage risk to users and maintains an architectural posture focused entirely on user data isolation.
